Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Measurement Tool online survey and related services (the “Service”). The Service is offered by Knowledge Edge Pty Ltd (ACN 696 623 757; ABN 90 696 623 757) under the Consulting Edge brand. Business address: Level 17, 100 Edward Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Knowledge Edge Pty Ltd. Data practices are described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of how we operate the Service.
1. The Service
We may update features of the Service from time to time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary, for example for maintenance, security, or product improvement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit, but you give us the rights needed to host, process, analyse, and generate outputs from it in order to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Outputs
Any reports, scores, benchmarks, or other outputs are provided for informational purposes. They are not legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
6. Satisfaction reimbursement
If your Edge Report does not give you a clear first move and a plan you can use, you may request a full reimbursement by emailing info@getconsultingedge.com within 7 days of report delivery. We will reimburse the purchase price of the applicable Edge Report product (or the Edge Report portion of a package) in full when this request is made within that window.
7. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted may constitute acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
